I gave up on this blog for a while because well, I’m a bit of a quitter and it’s my worst trait. I must remember to kick myself. I’m fasting tomorrow all day as a kick up the arse for being so lazy. 

Then back on track.

God it feels good to get back in control.

I had such a bad fucking weekend

I went to the cinema and had popcorn and I felt disgusting, then sunday I ate a piece of chocolate and today I ate a dessert after tea

Why the fuck can’t I motivate myself more, I’m so stupid.

I’m back on track tomorrow, I swear, I’ll get so thin and these worries will feel so small then

2nd March 

intake:

  • 200ml shake
  • mango pieces (love love love mango so much)
  • one egg, salad and a tin of tuna for tea as I didn’t eat all day because I woke up late 
  • handful of cereal
  • one apple

exercise

  • half mile walk
  • 45 crunches
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 5 push ups (feeble, I know)

plan to do a lot more today
